My mother's doctor has hospice set up for her. They are recommended and provided by her doctors. They come three times a week and do different things like bathing, taking care of medicine, and picking up medicine. My mother has been very happy with them. My mom was not on Medicaid, and this was the only place that we could get to work without Medicaid. The woman that came out was very good. I didn’t have any problem with her at all, and my mom liked her. I was at the house maybe once or twice when she was there, and she seemed fine to me. She was very nice, friendly, warm, talkative, very caring, and seemed very professional. She was there on time, did her job, and was very nice.

Even though the woman and the young girl that they sent were really nice, she didn’t offer to help do other things that was on the list of things for her to do. We had to tell her to do it instead of her just offering to do it, and it just didn’t work out really well. It was a new hire for their company, and they need to train their people better.
So far, they’ve tried billing me extra over what they told me it was going to be, but I’ve called them and they are coordinating that with me, so there shouldn't be a problem.
