My mother's doctor has hospice set up for her. They are recommended and provided by her doctors. They come three times a week and do different things like bathing, taking care of medicine, and picking up medicine. My mother has been very happy with them. The Integrity Home Care & Hospice went to my mother's assisted living to deliver the service. They're not in the hospice care facility.
So far, they’ve tried billing me extra over what they told me it was going to be, but I’ve called them and they are coordinating that with me, so there shouldn't be a problem. I didn’t have any problem with her at all, and my mom liked her. I was at the house maybe once or twice when she was there, and she seemed fine to me. She was very nice, friendly, warm, talkative, very caring, and seemed very professional. She was there on time, did her job, and was very nice.
